Gábor Vilhelm is the Founder and Managing Director of Considero. He holds two degrees from McDaniel College in the US and a Master’s degree from Budapest University of Economics (Corvinus).

Gábor has a great deal of international structured finance and M&A experience that he earned at Unicredit, Intesa-Sanpaolo and other banks. He was a CFO and Investment Officer of a large Italian family office focusing on East Central Europe real estate development and also Head of Corporate Finance for SanPaolo. He has particular experience in energy and real estate – but deal experience in many other areas. He also served as Head of IR/Capital markets and treasury for an internationally operating alternative energy company present in Poland, Hungary and Romania. He managed to do an SPO in London and was involved in the buy-out of a significant international player and the international refinancing of its assets. He also worked in London with a boutique investment bank. Gábor’s early experience was in corporate finance advisory and financial modelling for a big four. He also holds an RICS qualification. He is actively working in his own boutique investment advisory company since the second half of 2014.
